We caught up with Craig Williams, Director at Auto Vivendi, who tells us how it works. “In return for an annual fee, our members can enjoy an unrivalled collection of supercars. But, they also get to be part of the camaraderie and lifestyle that Auto Vivendi offers its members. We dream up exciting, fun trips, experiences, and adventures, and then we turn them into reality for our members!”
Craig has always loved cars and was the founder of Vmax200, an event where supercar owners drove as fast as possible on private runways. He became involved with Auto Vivendi in 2014, and he now curates and runs all the mouth-watering driving and lifestyle events that the supercar club offers members and non-members. An Interview with Craig Williams:
Q: Who are your members?
A: We have a really diverse membership base. It includes people from all backgrounds, multi-nationalities and a wide age range. They do all have one thing in common though, a zest for making the most of life.
Q: What do you think is the biggest benefit of joining Auto Vivendi?
A: Financially astute access to our constantly evolving collection of cars. There is simply always something new to drive. We aren’t here to replace ownership and most of our members own very nice cars themselves, in fact, we often help them buy more. But not many people will buy around twenty brand new supercars like we will, so for many, membership means that the only decision is which one they should drive next!
Q: What’s on the cards for Auto Vivendi members for 2022?
A: Lots! We are planning a fantastic supercar drive tour in Croatia, more of our 200mph Challenges on runways, we’ll have hospitality at Goodwood Festival of Speed and lots of fun social activities, parties and more!
Q: What’s your favourite car on the Auto Vivendi books and why?
A: It’s difficult to pick a favourite, I love them all for different reasons. I’m currently most excited about some of the twenty-odd cars we have on order, especially the Ferrari SF90 Spider and 812 GTS and Lamborghini Huracan STO.
Q: What’s your favourite road trip?
A: Heading to Monaco is always fun but I think our upcoming Croatian Tour; driving twelve of our best cars will blow the doors off anything we have done before.
Q: What are the top three tracks on your driving playlist?
A: Brand New Heavies ‘Little Dancer’, The Cult ‘Lil Devil’ and SilkSonic ‘777’!
